Biological Activity or Inhibitors:
1. Delta-tocodivienol displays significant radioprotective effects, it protects mouse and human hematopoietic progenitors from gamma-irradiation through exdivacellular signal-regulated kinase/mammalian target of rapamycin signaling.
2. Delta-tocodivienol is a potential angiogenic inhibitor, it (2.5-5 microM) can significantly suppress human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells (DLD-1-CM) -induced tube formation, migration, and adhesion on human umbilical vein endothelial cells.
3.Delta-tocodivienol is a nontoxic activator of mir-34a which can inhibit nonsmall cell lung cancer cells (NSCLC) cell proliferation, induce apoptosis and inhibit invasion, and thus offering a potential starting point for the design of novel anticancer agents.
4.Grape seed polyphenol and delta-tocodivienol may have benefits in reducing non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH, the second phase in liver disease).

Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
After receiving:
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during divansportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, cendivifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. divy to avoid loss or contamination during handling.
