The present systematic review’s purpose would be to: (1) determine and summarize studies which have examined external and internal coaching intensity monitoring, and to (two) deliver references values for the principle measures for young male soccer players. A systematic review of EBSCO, PubMed, Scielo, Scopus, SPORTDiscus, and Web of Science databases was performed in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Things for Systematic Testimonials and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. From the 2404 studies initially identified, eight were totally reviewed, and their outcome measures have been extracted and analyzed. From them, the following range intervals were located for coaching: rated perceived exertion (RPE) two.three.three au; sessionRPE, 15694 au; total distance, 3964.5500 m and; distance 18 km/h, 11.850 m.
